Patients who need additional skilled care upon discharge from their acute care hospital stay have the opportunity to continue their recovery in our Skilled Nursing Center. The center consists of 11 beds. The center includes a spacious dining room in the unit, which is used to enjoy meals and participate in daily activities, such as games, crafts and music. The unit is adjacent with therapies of the Rehabilitation Center, which enhances our team approach to help better develop individualized programs that meet each patient's needs as he/she recuperates.
